Managing Property Sale

Our clients sometimes prefer that we assist them with the sale of their properties due to logistical contstraints or they simply do not have the  time.

We offer our  managed sale service which includes marketng  & managing the sale of the property to ensure smooth  progression and  achieving the best possible  offer price.

Here is how it works:

• To get an accurate valuation of your property, we  refer to our network of estate agents, utilising  those with good local knowledge and experience of the type of property beng sold.  We then appoint them to provide a professional valuation of the property for comparable purposes.

• We negotiate best selling agent rates and appoint  the most suitable  local agents to assit with the  marketing and sale of the property.

• We  liaise and approve all viewing appointments with our agents partners  to ensure the right buyers are being shown the property.  We  liaise with tenants in situ to ensure  agents have access to carry out viewing appointments. 

• We negotiate all offers to ensure the best possible price is achieved.
  
• We manage the sales progresson through to completion, liaising with all parties concerned including solicitors , surveyors, tenants & agents.
