Our Property Management, Property Sourcing and Reocation services are billed on an agreed fee basis as set out below and per our terms & condiions.
Lifestyle & concierge services are billed on either a monthly membership subscription or on an hourly basis starting from £17.50 per half hour.

Property Sourcing Service
Home Buyers & Investors
Initial Retainer of £1000 will be required at commencement of the service contract. These fees are deducted from the final success fees.
Success fees are calculated as follows:
Buying a Property / Development site:
2% of agreed purchase price payable on exchange of
contracts.
Corporate Relocation :
Fees equivalent to one month's rental charge.

Property Management
PROPERTY MANAGMENT Fees are calculated as follows:
Vacant Property - £200 per month
Tenanted Property - 12% of Annual Rental payable monthly + 8% Tenant Find Fees payable at
commencement of New Tenancy.
TENANT FIND ADMINISTRATION FEES
New Tenancy Set Up fees payable by landlord - £200
Right to Rent Re-Checking during tenancy - £75
Change of Sharer during tenancy period
(instigated by tenant) - payable by tenant
£200
PROPERTY RENOVATIONS & REFURBISHMENT
Large Projects will be billed at 10% of total project Costs
Smaller Project fees will be at £100 p/h
We offer free initial Consultation on all our design packages.

Lifestyle Management
& Concierge
Our Lifestyle Management & Concierge Services are calculated as follows:
Monthly subscription basis
Full membership: £200 per month. Members are entittled to full home management services . Additional services outside this package are charged on an hourly basis.
Hourly basis - buy when needed
Starts from £17.50 per half hour
(mininum booking of one hour, then charged in half hour
increments.)

Interior Design
& Furnishing
Interior Design consultancy fees are
calculated as follows:
Large Projects will be billed at 10% of total project costs.
Smaller Project Fees will be at £100 p/h
We offer free inital Consultancy on all our design packages.
