Our  Fees:  

Property Management fees is based on the number of properties in the portfolio and starts at 12% of annual rental income

 

Project Management  fees for major tasks is calculated at 10% of total project costs on large projects or £60 p/h on smaller projects.

We partner with a number of local letting agents to find suitable tenants for your property.  We are equally committed to the wellbeing of tenants to ensure a long tenancies whilst minimising vacant periods.
