COVID19 - WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS
As we enter a third national lockdown effective from the 4th January 2021, certain industries including the Housing market are exempt. So in line with Government Regulations, Ecclestons will be open for business whist observing highest safety standards & social distancing guidelines.
Property showings, scheduled client meetings & interior design consultations will be provided both virtually and in-person Our prospective buyers are now allowed to view properties in-person accompanied by our professional agents. Ecclestons will continue to offer virtual video tours during initial consultations, followed by property showings if clients wish to progress to the next stages.
Contractors are allowed to visit our properties for inspections and to complete repairs pending our tenants' isolation status. Protective masks, gloves and hand sanitisers will be provided for safety purposes.
For scheduled moving in /out of our serviced apartments, parties can continue to opt for self check-in or out. They will be required to collect/leave keys at our concierge desks. All our apartments are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised by professionals. Hand disinfectants are available on site.

Genevieve Nimo-Bekhti BA (Hons) FCCA works as director & consultant at Ecclestons. She is a Founding Partner behind the Ecclestons brand.
After qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant, Genevieve worked for top Accountancy firm KPMG within management in Financial Services. Here she gained valuable professional skills and experience in servicing high profile clientele across the globe including LLoyds of London and Aviva PlC.
She later went on to offer management consultancy & due diligence services to Ernest & Young, before co-founding a private property consultancy practice in 2005. The business has since developed into a lifestyle brand offering tailored services in Property & Homes and catering for both private and corporate clients.
With over a decade years' experience in the UK property market, Genevieve, her business associates & team are commited to offer each client a bespoke and professional service surpassing expectations.
An art & design enthusiast, Genevieve spends her spare time participating in art and cultural events, attending exhibitions and the theatre. She is also a keen tennis player and often plays at her local members club.
